EOMYS internal research and development program focuses on the reduction of the environmental impact of electrical machines (synchronous and asynchronous) and passive components (transformers, inductors).
This work program includes the following axis:
- reduction of electromagnetically-excited acoustic noise and vibrations, called e-NVH in EV HEV NVH applications;
- increase of the energy efficiency, in particular based on heat transfer design optimization of electric machines;
- development of new optimization methods for the optimal eco-design of electrical machines.
This research program allowed EOMYS to receive its CIR (French research tax credit) certificate from the French government, which recognizes the company as able to provide research and development services.
EOMYS regularly publishes technical papers based on its research activities.
